Mô tả về công việc

- The job incumbent is responsible for planning and implementing sales, marketing and business development programs targeted toward global markets by performing the following (but not limited) duties: * Essential duties: * Monitor Existing Sales Team (30 Sales): - Monitor existing sales Team (3 Business unit include 30 sales) to reach company target. - Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness. - Do sales Training, Motivation program. - Directs market channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals. * Global Business Development: - Global expansion strategy includes set up new Sales Team, open new office and vertical. - Build global sales team to 250 sales in 2020. - Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs. * Marketing strategy: - Overseas and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions. - Ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.

* Competencies: - Strategic thinking. - Business acumen. - Global thinking. - Leadership. - Results driven. * Education and Experience: - Bachelor`s degree in sales, marketing or business administration. Master degree would be an advantage. - At least five (5) years of progressive management experience in translation, training, financial service, insurance, tourism, human resources, IT, BPO, consultancy is preferable; Abroad studying and working will be a plus. - Advanced English and proficiency of computer, internet is a must.
