Mô tả về công việc

- Analysis of the situation at the customer site (machine, product, tools, lot size, etc.).

- Develop a solution with standard tools or custom solutions to meet the customer requirements and present it to the customer.

- Select standard tools or design custom solutions.

- Select cutting parameters and propose machining strategies.

- Managing a project list. All tests are entered, regularly updated, and bi-weekly distributed.

- Write up an investigation report, develop and propose a solution.

- Discuss further steps together with the customer (issue credit note, replace tool, advice another tool, change process parameters, etc.).

- Present tool portfolio to customers, assist sales reps.

- Conduct product training for members and customers.

- Hold seminars at customers and other events such as trade shows.

- Provide customer support such as tool and process parameter recommendations.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Mechanical degree or related majors.

- At least 2 years of experience in applying threading tools and endmills, CAD/ CAM knowledge, 5-axis programming experience desired.

- Trained machinist or engineer with a background in automotive, aerospace or similar industrial fields.

- Have the ability to promote products of high quality and high price.

- Fluent in English.
