Production supervisor

* Operation control (on shift):

- Receive and implement the production schedule issued by production manager.

- Direct workforce at production sections to achieve the set production schedules.

- Follow up & control the mill process from barley transfer for cleaning to finish products & by-products produced.

- Timely report to PM for solution and action of any mill problems in daily.

- Coordinate with lab R & D Manager/ process engineer/ packing/ silo/ warehouse.

- Supervisor to ensure the working shift under arrangement & properly control.

- Well control the computerized system at the intake tower & mill control rooms.

- Arrange cleaning workforce to upkeep the mill cleaned.

- Follow up & update timely the GMP (Good manufacturing practices).

- Surveying the process (ex. Spraying).

- Operation with wincos.

- Understanding of transfer programs and machinery.

- Default diagnosis and default reset. Restart of the line.

- Taking of samples, rapid analyses and checks.

- Management by walking (Working area, main control room), improvement.

- Optimization of the production according to quality.

- Silo quality controlling: Malt silo management and delivery.

- Control - Calibration measurements, air flow tests: Archiving external quality.

- Control results, support of maintenance, scheduling and change of production in order to maintain and save quality.

- Preparation of external documents.

- Report to production assistant manager.

- Production reports.

* Effective use of manpower, materials and equipment

- To overcome the machine breakdown as soon as possible for system run back/ restart to avoid the power waste.

- Support operations manager to arrange the working shift under power consumption optimum to avoid the peak hours.

- Support operations manager to run the mill with full capacity as designed.

- Control the quality of water used for tempering.

- Coordinate with engineering to ensure the mill system is well controlled & kept under good maintenance & repair.

- Reduction of energy consumption, water savings.

- Malt silo management and delivery of customer requirements in the production. (example Temp. Profile kiln Heineken).

* HSE and compliance

- Realization of ISO/ HACCP requirements - traceability, customer audits, guarantee.

- Ensure operation activities in conformity with company safety health.

- Environment (SHE) rules and port regulations.

* Education:

- University degree or above with major in engineering.

- Able to communicate in English (Toeic 500 or above).

- Good computer literacy, (Ms Office)

* Experience required:

- 2 years working experience in the manufacturing/ food manufacturing.

- 3 years working experience in the same position and same responsibilities.

- Able to work in shift.
