Distribution manager

- Report to: Commercial director.

- To ensure zero harm for people and equipment at all job sites where concrete pumps are set up.

- To ensure the safe operational procedures of pump are comprehended by pump team (HVL employees and 3rd party pump contractors) and applied at all job sites where concrete pumps working.

- To well recognize and manage the risks prior to and during pumps working on construction sites of customers.

- To ensure the HVL pump team to work complying with OHS policy and standard of HVL.

- To ensure the 3rd party pump contractors are compliant with CSM system.

- Implement the company OH & S regulations and do risk control.

- Keep track of hazards in works, recommend and keep track of risk control.

- Filling OH&S documents.

* Communication & people development:

- To plan the periodic assessment of staff’s competences and recommend the yearly TMP complying with pump business growth.

- To provide better information flow from customer service , good communication between other dept. Production, sales, transportation and technical departments.

- This procedure will solving and transmit go through it is flow to other dep’t.

- Develop succession plan for department and to have a strong and effective team.

- To build Call center concept for CSC.

- To develop working skills for CSC, site coordinator, site tester, pump scheduler to adapt customer requirement and bright the company VN image.

- Take responsibility for inputting information.

- Ensure sales transaction, dispatching are restored fully after system down.

- Maintain training materials to be updated.

- Ensure to process in system according to business process procedure, work instruction.

- Maintain scheduler master data.

- Pump reporting.

- Transportation reporting.

- Education: University degree in economics, business, marketing.

- At least 3 year experience in concrete.

- Negotiation skills.

- Presentation skill.

- Computer skills very good.

- Language requirements: Other/ Leadership competencies.
