- We are looking for several engineers to provide world-class support to a global mobile application company. We have openings for engineers with various levels of experience, so this is a great opportunity for growth.
- Successful candidates will have excellent English communication skills (reading, writing and speaking), interested in working closely with customers located throughout the world, willing to work off-hours and have the following skills.

* NOC Level 3 Engineer:
- Very good in English communication.
- Supervise NOC Engineers.
- Train and mentor other NOC Engineers.
- Advanced Unix System Administration preferably Linux based.
- Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP networking.
- Knowledgeable of HTTP Protocols and REST API.
- Knowledgeable monitoring systems such as Icinga (Nagios), Zabbix, and/or Sensu/graphite.
- Knowledgeable of webserver# echnology such#as Apache, NginX, and/or Tomcat.
- Knowledgeable load balancers such as F5 and/or HAProxy.
- Content Delivery Networks (CDN) and Caching servers such as Squid, Varnish, and/or Akamai.
- A Scripting/Programing Language such as Bash, Perl, Python, Ruby, and/or Java.
- Advanced ability to troubleshoot and trace logs through source code.
- Ability to frame issues and file bugs with detailed information.
- Can work onsite if required.
* NOC Level 2 Engineer:
- Very good in English communication.
- The Ideal candidate will be a self-starter, with excellent interpersonal, communication, documentation, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Quality focus, result & goal orientation in a group situation, and commitment to customer delight are a must.
- Good understanding of Mobile Applications, TCP/IP protocol suite.
- Knowledge on Links, Circuits, LAN, WAN, VPN and other network service connections requisites.
- Ability to work on command line interface in a UNIX or Linux environment.
- Understanding of network monitoring tools: Altamira, Zabbix.
- Understanding of Ticket Management tools: Zendesk, Freskdesk.
- Understanding TCP/IP and networking technologies.
- Database: basic knowledge in Oracle, SQL.
- Working knowledge of Windows based operating System.
- Understand of office suite for creation of reports.
- Working based on Shifts Transfer.
- On call possibility.
- Can work onsite if required.
* NOC Level 1 Engineer:
- Very good in English communication.
- The Ideal candidate will be a self-starter, with excellent interpersonal, communication, documentation, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
