Associate/ Junior recruitment consultant

- Deliver a service of high quality to clients and candidates.

- Promote and build awareness of 40HRS Co.Ltd capabilities to our existing client database.

- Be an active networker.

- Screen and interview candidates in accordance with our international standards.

- Organize interviews between client and candidates.

- Provide advice to both clients and candidates on salary, training and career progression.

- Follow up on leads for permanent recruitment provided by other staff members.

- Perform other tasks assigned by manager or director.

- Graduates/ post graduates majoring in HR, business, administration, marketing or other related fields.

- Overseas study is a plus, but not a must.

- 1-3 years’ experience in HR, recruitment, sales, customer service with a proven track record (welcome fresh graduated).

- Advanced in English, coupled with the ability to communicate in Vietnamese.
