Recruitment Supervisor

- Recruit for corperation and Management Recruitment Team. - Initially coordinate with Operation departments to set up the recruitment strategy. - Set up the recruitment plan and solutions to meet the requirements/ demands of the company Estimate, propose and manage the budget/ costs of recruitment activities. - Set up the testing criteria for interviewing (IQ test, English skills, professional basic knowledge). - Report, analyze, and evaluate the efficiency of recruitment methods at each stage. - Update the job description of each title from time to time. - Consult Human Resources Manager about strategies and orientations of recruitment.

- 03 years experience in recruitment at least and 01 years experience in management level. Prefer experience in Real Estate sector. - Good abilities of using English. - Competencies: Creative & positive thinking, careful, communicative, interpersonal skills, good at computer skills. * Benefits: - Salary $1000 - $1200 (it depends on candidate`s experience and qualification). - More details will be discussed during the interview.
