* Main function: - Responsible for establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs. - Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport. - Responsible for the Recruitment System. - Follow-ups with candidates. - You will ensure that the highest standards of hospitality and welcome are demonstrated at all times. * Benefit: - Competitive package in an international environment. - Accommodation is provided and other attractive benefit. - Discount schemes and the chance to work with a great team of people.

Yêu cầu công việc

* Job profile and qualification: - Minimum 3 years abroad in a similar position. - Have experience in 5* resort & hotel is preferred. - Outstanding leadership, organizational and training skills. - Fluent in English and one other language preferred. - Strong personality with great communication skills. - Strong knowledge of candidates selection methods. - Excellent knowledge of area of expertise. - Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills. - Do you love working and developing your career in an international hospitality industry?
