Project Manager for Retail Solution

* Job Purpose: - Manage schedule, resource and quality of implementation project for Retail Solution (POS). - Coordinate with customer to solve issues to ensure project process on track. - Reviewing Retail systems, presenting idea for system improvement and system enhancement. - Working closely with Japanese team in analyst, designer and department manager to satisfy customer`s requirements. - To provide customization and Retail system maintenance services. - Lead team to maintain Retail system once it is up and running. * Responsibilities: - To ensure communication between Japanese SE with customer and local SE. - Manage project to delivery on time with customer satisfied quality with reasonable resource. - To ensure all test cases, diagnostic programs and relevant technical information. - Identify through user`s explanation, scope of error problems and advice Manager for unfamiliar problems. - Maintain a productive and harmonious relationship with customers and internally to enhance Client`s image. - Maintain contract with customers.

- Bachelor degree or equivalent in Information Technology School. - Have experience in implement system for Retail. Experience in POS is plus. - At least 01 year as Project Manager position. - Good at Japanese in speaking, reading and writing (Certification N2 or above). - Good in below technical: MS. SQL Server 2008 or above; Oracle 11g or above. - Experience in technical document writing skill. - Good communication skill. - Good at English communication is a plus. - Self-awareness and confidence. - Team work, sense of responsibility and deadline commitment.
