Mô tả về công việc

- Collect HR data/ receive personnel needs of other departments to process, make recommendations on recruiting personnel.

- Implement the recruitment process, support set-up interviews, participate in the interview as a secretary to select personnel.

- Collect data on the performance assessment of employees in different departments, propose training for new employees, improve the competency of old employees.

- Make training plans, budgeting, set-up training sessions and do an overview after the course.

- Implement the amendment of the policies, the compensation, the reward/ penalty in the enterprise regulations after the decision is made.

- Control the quit rate, the rate of successful recruitment.

- Conduct an overall employee assessment according to a quarterly/ yearly form.

- Take notes, control the budget of the human resources department.

- Perform other jobs assigned by HR manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Can work under pressure, team work, high responsibility.

- Careful, hardworking, initiative person.

- At least 2 years experience in HR - Administration.

- Good at computer science: word, excel, powerpoint,...

- Proficient in English: verbal & writing.
