Finance manager

- Responsible and ensuring timely financial reporting to management and coordinate full set of accounting books preparation and costing records in accordance to the Group’s requirements.

- Internal controls and other administrative policies so as to improve the management information system.

- Monitor and highlight the Company’s performance through a budget control system that is promptly prepared.

- Project costs and feasibility studies are reviewed regularly to ensure all costs are under control.

- Monitor your company’s daily cash flow requirements and recommend necessary actions to the manager.

- Ensure that the company’s annual tax returns are prepared for payment to inland revenue as required by the statutory requirement.

- Ensure IT infrastructure, hardware and software are adequately provided for company to carry out its trade and staff to carry out his/ her duties.

- Having a degree related to Financial Accounting majors.

- At least 4 years of working experience in property development/ managerial position.

- Good financial and management accounting.

- Knowledge with experience in IT and administration.

- Able to communicate with all levels, assertive, initiative and encourage team work.

- Familiar with MFRS/ IFRS accounting policies compliances.

- Good communication in English.
