- Manage day-to-day operation and work flow of the Cash & Banking function. - Ensuring all accounts payable activities are processed in accordance with Company, Internal Audit and Accounting policies. - Prepare all remittance by internet banking and accounting system. - Check and reconcile payable and receivable account. - Reconcile all ingoing and outgoing transaction with bank statement every day. - Prepare cash weekly report with planning payment on next week. - Manage cash flow of every company to ensure make payment on time. - Identify and implement continuous improvement to the payment process. - Assist in month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing procedures. - Assist in other tasks required by Chief Accountant.

- 3+ years of accounts payable processing experience. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Works effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Senior management position in a diverse accounting environment. - Worked with ERP system, especially SAP. - Competent in office computer skills. - Good command in English. - Highly committed, passion, well organized, pro-active, honest, integrity, detailed, persevere and diligent.
