Mô tả về công việc

- Attending risk analyzes meeting and have to guide the factory to start the pilot process.

- Attending pre production process meetings and need to take the owner ship to conduct the PP meeting. All the relevant information need to be prepared before the meeting.

- Controlling Inline rework defect %.

- Control process adherence in fabric, cutting, production, packing.

- Ensuring quality of samples on time offer for buyer approval & first time pass.

- Order fulfillment as per the FGL requirements.

- Quality technical and product safety adherences to educate the vendors as per the FGL required.

- Need to achieve final pass rate above 99.5%.

- Controlling the row material wastage.

- Need to achieve monthly plan delivery to perform 100% achievement.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Two to five years experience.

- Need to have good communication skill in english.

- Having quality related experience in apparel.

- Problem solving skills.

- Decision making skills.

- Qualification: Technical higher level - Diploma in garment manufacturing technology and quality management.
