Purchasing staff

- Seeking the Vietnamese supplier for mechanical part (plastic, packing, metal...) and electronic components (semi-conductor, IC, Diode...) to develop the supplier system.

- Monitor and assess the ability of the supplier to meet the need of the company.

- Make supplier inspection report.

- Coordinate with appropriate supplier following the need of the company.

-  Negotiating price, orders and the condition of the contract signed with supplier.

- Coordinate with the related department in the contract performance process also including resolve the problem arising.

- Track the delivery progress consistent with the production plan.

- Implement and report the material purchasing situation with superior.

- Control and update the inventory entry data.

- Make inventory report.

- Update the market information, price, etc.

- Other tasks assigned by the superior.

- Have knowledge in mechanical and electronic market: Material, price, etc.

- Specialized knowledge in purchasing and risk management.

- 5 years experience on EMS field.

- Good in writing, speaking in English.

- Good negotiation and communication skill.

- Good at using computer programs: Office, mail, etc.

- Working independence.

- Ability to work under pressure.

- Hard-working, honest, industrious, responsible and persistent.
