Mô tả về công việc

- Technical support (production issue, procurement issue).

- Translate the user manual and installation documents.

- Production control:

+ Check and make sure producing with correct ordering info.

+ Check and make sure corrective action has implemented.

+ Check and make sure the equipment guarantee actions has implemented.

+ Monitor the progress and make sure producing on time.

- Follow up testing issue with customer and factory.

- Follow up quality issue with customer, supplier and factory.

+ Analysis and create/ follow 8D report (8D report is linked to the non-conformity process, related to quality complaints. Quality management of claimed defects).

+ Product analysis and research to consult for customer.

- New project setup at production.

- Audit supplier (yearly).

- Audit factory (yearly).

- Quality control - production issue (process control, material & testing).

- Quality control - supplier (if necessary).

- Other tasks as required by the superior.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Good in writing, speaking in English.

- Educational background: University degree in Electronics is preferred.

- 5 years experience in EMS field (EMS - electronic manufacturing services).

- Proficient in computer programs: Word, excel, mail, outlook, internet, etc.

- Working independence.

- Ability to work under pressure.

- Hard-working, honest, industrious, responsible and persistent.
