HR executive

- Looking for candidate sources, posting jobs, filtering CV.

- Scheduling interviews and phone screens, working directly with candidates and hiring staff.

- Provide an exceptional candidate experience by effectively communicating with them and managing their overall candidate experience.

- Manage the employee referral bonus program.

- Prepare HR & Recruiting information/ benefits packages.

- Plan and attend recruiting and HR events.

- Being responsible for calculation and payment and administration for personnel staffing.

- Setting up and maintaining a proper tracking system for the administration of social insurance and medical insurance.

- Ensure that implementation of company payroll and social & health insurance complies with prevailing laws and regulations.

- Analysing training needs in conjunction with line managers; planning and delivering training, including staff inductions.

- At least 2 years of experience in HR field.

- Computer literate. Good command of spoken and written English.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- High attention to details and meticulous.

- Energetic, self-starter, self-motivated and independent.

- Understanding of labour law, regulations on social & health insurance, and labour issues at work.
