QA/QC Executive

- Monitor and follow up all Subcontract order starting from order confirmation date. - Follow all activities of operations in production floor from cutting to input and make time study to fix the target up to packing. - Conduct Inline, Pre-final & Final Inspection. - Be accountable for effectively Pre –scanning approval of samples and trims before submitting to headquarters to ensure prompt approvals. - Review the size set sample before the proceeding to production. - Attend Pre-production meeting with the supplier and make sure that all requested documents, pattern and samples are in the factory before production start. - Crosscheck bulk trims at factory if they are according to approved trim card before proceeding bulk production. - Collect and organize the technical documents and samples for inspection. - Help vendor/supplier to set up the corrective action. - Monitor & control the execution of the bulk order production are conforming to the given approved production T&A /Critical path. - Monitoring cutting, sewing, finishing for on time shipment and follow-up of quality related reporting on daily basis & make sure of accurate report submission. - Liaising between head quality systems and Training vendors on quality management systems. - Follow-up corrective action that is set by the factory, QA/QC Manager. - Complete in-line and final inspection reports according to required formats. - Perform shipment sample inspection and reporting according to procedure of individual brands. - Report any problems and discrepancies of inspection findings immediately to Manager and follow up the decision. - Fill in the daily time sheet & inspection summary.

- Post school. - Qualification in Garment or related discipline is an advantage. - At least 2 years in the same position. - Proven quality minded.
