Human Resources Business Partner

- Reports to: Human Resources Director. * OHS Responsibilities: - Compliance to OHS standards and regulations. - Role model on safety visible leadership. - Achievement of OHS assignment as required (SOT, PTO). - Strategic partner with management team of the department. - Work with department`s management team and HR director to identify the current and future needs of business and design HR strategies, plans and interventions. - Support leadership on organizational design and change management/organizational transformation initiatives to ensure alignment of business strategy, processes and people capabilities. - Consult line managers on HR related solutions/ policies (including C&B) to ensure consistent and fair implementation, and achieving business result at the same time. - Manage and deliver employee services (not include hiring and payroll). - Accountable for delivery of HR services to the employees from onboarding to exit by collaboration with HR Specialist team; update/manage employee data accordingly. - Responsible for communication any key messages and roll out HR policies, procedures to the line. - Work with HR Specialist team to develop/ update process, procedure, policy more effective and easy to implement to front line. - Manage talent development for the department. - Manage complete process of performance management from KPI set up to performance evaluation and consequence management, Facilitate and consolidate calibration in collaboration with Corporate T&D team. - Facilitate the succession discussion, develop and implement approach on people development for the department; consult and follow up on the IDP. - Develop, execute and follow up on the training activities for the department, manage JET/EVE in collaboration with Corporate T&D team. - Labor relation. - Ensure compliance of Collective Labour Agreement and Internal Labour Regulation by clearly communication as well as managing implementation together with line managers, employees and unions. - Work with line managers, employees and union People development. - Identify, coach & develop staff in order to improve the functional capabilities, efficiencies and customer interface.

- At least Bachelor degree in Business Adminstration, Preferred to be in Human Resouces. - Minimum 10 years working experience with at least 5 year experience in generalist human resource activities in an operational environment. - Required experience including organizational design, implementing strategic change, HR policy development. - Experience in a manufacturing/ industrial environment desirable. - Experience of working and influencing with senior level managers. - International or MNC experience desirable. - Preferred to have experience as HRBP. - Computer skills: Good; ability to analyse and use data to support decision making. - Languages: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese. - Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
