Financial Controller - Resort

- Working Location: Danang Province. - Reporting to General manager. * Job description: - The successful applicant will provide financial, analytical and business planning support and advice to assigned business units to ensure their success in implementing the Company`s strategic priorities. - In addition to day­to­day financial reporting, this role will provide project support to assigned business unit(s), including workplanning, research, analysis, presentation development and implementation support to address current operating challenges, structures or policies. - Provide short­term and long­term financial and business analyses to support owner company objectives. - Assist senior management team in writing annual Budget and Business plan. - Assist GM in presentation of annual Budget and Business plan to owners and secure their approval. - Work with senior management to review performance against the Budget and devise commercial strategies that drive results. - Identify opportunities for improvement, gain buy­in from top management, and implement changes to financial planning and operational processes as required. - Support department managers in their analysis of operations, forecasting and cost controls. - Identify potential areas of opportunity for increased return on investment or efficiency of strategic planning/forecasting processes. - A key to success will be to develop and utilize analytical tools to highlight opportunities, and make appropriate recommendations based on findings. - Attend owners meetings with GM as required. - Good report writing skills, including summarize/prepare data for use in presentations to top management and owners as required. - Establish and monitor compliance with accounting procedures and risk management. - Importantly, you will possess a strong track record in managing a team by providing mentoring, technical guidance and training in daily activities.

* Requirement: - Skills & Experience ­in Big 4 (KPMG, Delloite, E&Y, Pwc). - Only existing Financial Controller to apply with a minimum of 2­ year experience in hotel or resort industries. ­ - Strong communicator able to build lasting relationships with all stakeholders. - Spoken & writing English language required.
