Chief accountant

- To establish, operate and maintain the financial accounting system and policies in compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards and Ninh Binh Tax Office’s requirements of financial and taxation reporting.

- To manage all activities of accounting department in the factory: review of general ledger journal entries, reconciliation of balance sheets and bank accounts, fixed asset tracking, etc...

- To ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all monthly, quarterly and yearly reports related to Tax (VAT, PIT, CIT, ect.) and financial statements (Balance sheet, Income statement and Cash flow).

- To assist with company cash flow analysis including but not limited to tracking cash flow activities, preparing reports, and analyzing information for management purpose.

- To perform other duties as assigned by managers.

- Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, audit.

- At least 10 years of related experience or equivalent.

- Having chief accountant certificate.

- Proficient in office computer skills: Word, excel, power point... and accounting software.

- Good skills in English or Korean.

- Having experience in setting up accounting system and function for new company.

- Preferred experience in manufacturing industries.

- Integrity, high ethical standards.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment and have good communication skills.
