Mô tả về công việc

- Update daily attendance, leave application data for all employees, out business employees, drivers and security team.

- Complete some reports as: Daily absenteeism, daily attendance, overtime report, meal...

- Contact to canteen to inform daily quantity of meal.

- Check and fix daily, weekly and monthly attendance.

- Feedback employee’s query (if any) all issues related to attendance.

- Follow, control absenteeism ratio, find out the reason and raise the solution to improve.

- Administer some social insurance, labor reports to ensure full compliance with local legislations.

- Administer social security reports.

- Manage insurance benefits (social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance) by tracking record to ensure all claims are settled timely and comply with the insurance policy.

- Complete some reports relates to accounting department.

- Feedback employee’s query (if any) all issues related to insurance.

Yêu cầu công việc

- College, Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economic.

- At least 2 years of working experience in field.

- Well knowledge in labor code of Vietnam.

- Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines.
