Student recruitment manager

- Responsible for consulting and sales management: receiving sales targets, allocating sales to employees, supervising and supporting consulting and sales activities and reporting directly to the company's performance.

- Make a monthly plan to open classes, monitor and promote the plan to open classes and ensure that classes are opened according to the center's process.

- Manage customer data system: store, update customer information, create a new class, update the waiting list, enter a checklist, and determine the status of open courses and classes that are about to terminate.

- Receive and coordinate with the departments to answer questions and feedback from customers.

- Coordinate with marketing department to implement programs to promote the course, promote the image of the center as well as competitor research activities, market research, and propose and contribute ideas.

- Ideas for marketing.

- Achieving the center's target sales.

- Increasing the number of new students at the center.

- Provide strategic recommendations for achieving the company's business objectives.

- Manage and be directly responsible for monthly activities and developments such as: sales targets/ results of the team in charge and subordinates.

- Build and develop an effective sales team.

- Responsible for organization and implementation, training and professional training for junior staff.

- Report: Update, report work as prescribed & when required.

- Graduated from university majoring in English, business administration, foreign trade, commerce...

- Mastering sales and education market knowledge.

- Have good understanding of the international education industry.

- Have good business development and marketing skills.

- At least 02 years of equivalent experience in the field of consulting, sales, telesales, customer service... experience in the field of education and training is preferred.

- Good communication skills, ability to develop and implement plans.
