- Coordinating the project was transferred to, from the assignment to compile and collaborators, QC Dept, pay all our customers.
- Handling of project recording, dubbing ...
- Analysis projects of translation, interpreting (volume, duration, subjects, language, difficulty ...), in order to create the plan handles to calculate the number of contributors required, time taken, cost of goods sold.
- Deploy base terms, translation memory and new technologies for collaborators (this part will be trained if inexperienced).
- Ensure profits for each project undertaken.
- Support management department to find resources, additional resources collaborator in the database for long-term use.
- Support and guide the collaborators to use the online- offline translation platform (if any).
- Check translations of collaborators as needed (according to criteria in the standard of the Company).
- During use, the screening collaborators to build collaborators quality source and high availability.
- Coordinate with other departments to perform work(Sales, Vendors, QC...).
- Work to clients when necessary to timely information about changes of the project, the project schedule or update customer.
- Prepare reports to direct manager or the customer (on the project) if there arises a need.
- Other requests from the board of directors.
- Handle the jobs generated outside office hours (if any).

- Good communication, Detail-oriented, organized, thorough, accurate, and able to work quickly and steadily in a focused manner.
- Good negotiation skill.
- Project management experience in the field of translation or related.
- Enthusiastic, honest and creative in work.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Ability to deal with frequent change, delays, interruptions, and unexpected events.
- Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision, ability to work under high pressure.
- Internet and computer Proficiency.
