Mô tả về công việc

* The primary responsibilities are as follows: * Members` Services - Explain queries of Members. - Take-care members and guests visit golf course. - Issue monthly voucher to members on 25th of each month (on 25th will send the balance by post office). - Print Vouchers (birthday, discount, credit...) as Managers` instruction. - Follow up Member Annual Due Fee (send letter, call to remind them pay annual fee, VAT invoice...). - Send New Year letter & reward 3% voucher to Member. * Marketing Job: - Support Tournament & hold tournament for customers. - Follow up and updating customer lists. - Check Clubhouse Lobby/ Newspaper & Magazines shelf. - Contact supplier for needful things related to Marketing Office. - Order office stationery for Marketing Team every month. - Contact to Bao Minh Insurance about Monthly Hone in One event (Stop from January, 2016): Collect all related document, make compensation requirement letter and send to Bao Minh – Follow up compensation processing and inform to customer. - Website Updating. - Newsletter issuing. - Create the relation with magazines for advertisement and giving information. - Work with magazine for layout every month (if we have a contract with them). - Make banner for promotion program. - Send email to members & customer to inform promotion & news. - Issue the contract & following booking for Travel Agent concerning of our Promotion. Create good relationship, receive booking, and count monthly commission for agent. - Find out new agent, update list new agent, and introduce them about our golf course. - Follow up the contract of Viet Nam Airline, Samsung... sponsors. - Make the document related to Hole in One, Eagle winner. - Providing our course information to guest by email or phone. - Order flower decorate in Club House every month. - Undertake other tasks as assigned by Head of Dept. - Undertake other tasks as assigned by BOD.

- Nữ. Tuổi từ 25 - 35. - Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên. - Có ít nhất 02 năm kinh nghiệp Marketing. - Tiếng Anh giao tiếp thành thạo.

- Phu My Development Joint Stock Company - Twin Doves Golf Club is to be the first private and exclusive Goft Club in the South of Viet Nam with a truly "Member only" policy, Which is dedicated to ensure the requirements of the privileged member.

- The Golf Club facilities will extend beyond those offered elsewhere in the country. On the 165 hectare site in Binh Duong Province with 27 holes international standard golf course.

- This company was chosen for their excellent work previously done in Vietnam. To complement this golf course we have a extensive club house with spacious locker rooms, restaurant and banqueting facilities. The project will also construct fairway villas, serviced apartments, recreational facilities, hotel with a conference centre and an International school.
