Mô tả về công việc

- You will be working in Mobile Development team and responsible for providing administrative support to project manager to help ensure the project is completed within timeline.

Yêu cầu công việc

* Responsibilities: - You will support project manager in making plan, scheduling meetings, following projects/ tasks. - Take notes during meetings. - Prepare meeting materials, including reports, presentations and agendas. - You are in charge of carrying out researches, reports and presentation if needed. - You will be helping the team in all execution activities. * Requirements: - Perform excellent English and Vietnamese; Chinese is a plus. - Ability to work under pressure. - Ability to work on multiple projects or multi-tasking simultaneously. - Should be good in execution. * Key Skills: - Good communications skills in form of understanding the others and expressing yourself. - Good Organizational and Management skills. - Critical thinking and problem solving skills. - Interpersonal and Team working. - Good work ethic and willingness to learn.
