Quality control manager

- Report to: GM.

- Take care: 20 employees.

- Work location: Binh Duong Province.

- Time working: Monday – Saturday (48 hours/week).

* Job descriptions:

- Compliance to company ISO requirements when executing tasks.

- Track QC performance and monitor production quality output yield and provide feedback report to team and management.

- Ensure QC Staffs Perform and document checks on products and services to ensure quality standards are met.

- Analyze, investigate and reply to quality issues reported by customers and internal departments.

- Ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed and directed.

- Monitor and prepare reports for the quality management system / management level review.

- Ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards and follow up.

- Work closely with Quality Assurance team, to provide a good quality control system to the company.

- Participate in audits (internal/external), assess and train quality systems to QC Staffs whenever needed.

- Provide technical expertise relative to Critical Control Points.

- Involve in NPI (New Product Introduction) projects, review inspection tools availability and resource requirements.

- Draft a timescale for the job (on time shipment).

- Be responsible for QC tool calibration monitoring.

- Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination with managers to implement the company’s policies and goals.

- Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed.

- Supervise and motivate a team of workers, organizing relevant training sessions.

- Monitor and Review the performance of staff and organize improvement training when necessary.

- Guide, motivate and develop the subordinate employees within the Quality department.

- Ensure all inspection tools in QC are used correctly, maintain and kept properly.

* Requirements:

- Graduated in Technical College or higher.

- Must have a pleasant personality and proficiency in English as require to read drawing and specification.

- Minimum 2 years’ experience as QA/QC Manager position in the manufacturing or mechanical industry.

- Knowledge and application in operating various Precision Machines such as CNC machining.

- Should be skilled in coordinating efforts with various departments.

- Must be dynamic, independent, and able to provide excellent trouble shooting skill.

- Can work under pressure.

- The ability to act decisively and solve staff/product /equipment- related problems.

- Good capacity to grasp concepts easily.

- Attention to detail to ensure high levels of quality.

- The ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with your team, managers.

- IT, analytical skills.
