* Handle customer service activities:
- Handle customer complaints, customer requests.
- Update and follow up customer complaint resolution records.
- Follow up assessment booked lists.
- Follow up Trial not sign up.
- Do the telesales.
- Email to customers as requested.
- Call new signed-up before start day.
* Handle customer payment:
- Receive customer payments.
- Transfer cash balance to bank (assigned by finance Dept.).
* Administration tasks:
- Manage students’ documents.
- Make reports: weekly, monthly reports.
