- Including the scope of managing distribution center (goods flow in/out, import, price tag, stock-taking, inventory controlling, etc.)

- Building-involvement payment follow-ups (leasing, electric consumption, running water, cleaning, security, parking fees, internet, phone, trees) and frequent review to avoid any fraud/ leaking.

* Maintenance service management:
- Establish and remain the tenant site in the good condition (facilities, devices, fire extinguishers/ hose, auto alarm, exit ways, printer, signage, glass/ wall/ ceiling surroundings).
- Continue defect testing, discovery and solution, in terms of fire/ theft alarm o Modify the air-con temperature, ventilation (HVAC).
- Solve fixing requests (broken doors, light, electric system, internet, phone, water taps...).
* IT service management:
- Printer equipped proposal, lay-out, set up, fixing o fax device request.
- Booking online application management.
- Projector/ screen/ visio set up and maintenance o password wifi control.
* Driver:
- Arrange drivers logically serving BOD (assignments, business trips, sites’ visits).
- Control fuel consumption, maintenance, reparation, accessories replacement, new registration, toll fees, prepaid process.
* Project management:
- Renovation proposal, expenses allocation and payment.
- Office label names.
- Notice/ signage lay-out set up.
* FO management:
- Manage the lobby area to be tidy & clean all the time.
- Handle conflicts/ arguments in terms of customers, partners, suppliers, team.

- Control goods transport from stores to HO.

* HR support:

Thien Nam Hoa, Tam Hoan Chau, Nam Sapa, Hong Loi Nam, Phuc Ngoc Anh, Pico, Tran The...) for all issues provoked (PO, loss, delivery...).
