Kinh nghiệm làm việc

* 9/2017 - now: People BP Specialist - Anheuser - Busch Inbev Co.,ltd.

* Recruitment:

- Screen CVs and maintain application files of applicants.

- Coordinate internal job posting and internal transfer programs.

- Schedule interviews. Administer tests to and conduct initial interviews of selected candidates to ensure that only qualified candidates are referred for department-level interviewing.

- Administer new hire procedures, including collecting all legal personal documents and certificates or reference check.

- Participate in recruitment event e.g. job fairs, career days, university, school visits.

- Keep and maintain good relationship with vendor and outside channels on recruitment.

- Well manage recruitment and talents data and information.

- Build networks to find qualified candidates: Industry Contacts, Association Memberships, Trade Groups.

* General support:

- Prepare periodic reports for management.

- Attend meetings and seminars as necessary and to represent the department.

- Coordinate HR related things with other departments.

- Maintain personnel database and personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements and company policies.

- Support & record people expenses.

- Implement fully and timely HR procedures and flows, include but not limited to processes relating to probation assessment, labour contract milestones, leave monitoring, immigration for expats-employees (work permit, visa, resident cards) - support in accident and health insurance, position descriptions updates; on-boarding for new employees; allowance delivery.

- Lead the coordination with other functions or Admin function to ensure people-related activities or events to happen timely.

- Supervise on attendance.

- Support to control labor cost, HR cost.

- Records keeping.

- Industrial relationship, Employee relationship, Internal communication.

- Act as a channel for two-way communication.

- Maintain a good employee relations.

- Responsible for HR compliances, including the propaganda, training, reminders and implementation of legally - required activities for plant scope.

- Investigate staffs grievance and discipline cases and conduct counseling.

- Make recommendations on HR matter for legal, procedural and documentary compliance and fair employee treatments.

- Conduct exit interviews of resigning staffs, identify reasons for staff turnover, highlight issues to line management and recommend program/ HR solutions.

- Counsel employees on discipline actions; disputes; illness or disability; and performance problems.

* Training:

- Coordinate for employees to be equipped with ABI standards per planning and budget, both domestically and overseas, from the stage of logistics to recording stage.

- Build and Increase the engagement for team through mindset, collective activities and training.

- Crisis management.

- Organize team engagement and welfare activities.

* Others:

- Conduct projects or tasks as and when assigned by manager in a timely manner.

- People management.

- Ensure team to follow and implement strictly all regulations, policies, instructions issued by the Management of ABI and by laws.

- Coordinate the plant’s people pipeline by training, supporting employees in implementing of their growth plans, feedback, fairly and equitable individual performance evaluation. Make succession plans, develop the reserve forces in a proactive manner.

- Establish smooth channels of communication.

* 8/2016 - 9/2017: HR Assist ant Manager - Foliot Co.,Ltd.

* Recruitment:

- Being in-charge all tasks of recruitment from worker to Management position.

- Receiving and checking budget of manpower requisition from hiring manager.

- Searching CV on websites: Vietnamworks.com, careerbuilder.vn, jobstreet.vn, careerlink.vn.

- Maintaining relationship for candidate storage on community websites: HRlink.vn, Linkedin.com, Group of skype, etc.

- Renewing Recruitment announcement, banner, fliers.

- Screening CV.

* Generalist:

- Update all information of employee on Software such as: Salary grade, allowance, attendance code, personal information of employee, working history, etc.

- Issuing probation contract, annual leave form, labor contract, appendix of labor contract.

- Following probation evaluation of new employee.

- Update salary scale.

- Salary survey and building salary scale.

- Screening document.

- Making labor management record to labor department of Binh Duong.

* Employee Relationship:

- Orientation training for newcomer.

- Disciplinary.

- Drafting memorandum.

* C&B:

- Running attendance on FAST software.

- Working with HOD to reduce Attendance rate is not over 5%.

- Ensuring timesheet for all employees before sending to accounting dept.

- Inputting fingerprint for newcomer.

- Making attendance report, annual leave report, overtime report.

- Sending all insurance document related to insurance department such as: Sickness employee list, increasing labor, reducing labor, pregnant list.

- Calculate salary (from July 2016 - October 2016).

- Preparing the list of cash salary payment and transfer salary payment.

* Administration:

- Instructing new comer to fill document related (including ATM form, PIT, Probation contract).

- Providing working equipment for new comer.

- Managing security, cleaner and driver.

- Planning purchase order monthly.

- Controlling car, shuttle expenses and making monthly report.

- Preparing document related for foreigner to make visa, work permit and temporary residence card.

- Arranging air ticket, hotel reservation and transportation for guest.

* 6/2010 - 7/2016: Senior recruit er - Rochdale Spears Co.,Ltd.

- Control bank account number for newcomer to send to payroll.

- Coordinating direct labor activities for production all plant.

- Ensure all probation evaluation forms all plant collected on time.

- Arrange interview schedule and ensure smooth information with candidates and departments; follow up with dept. interview for skill test. Update candidate profiles on recruitment software.

- Send updated recruitment report (weekly, Monthly, to Recruitment Executive and/or HR Manager as required; control balance number and Indirect budget of recruitment).

- Welcome new employees and be responsible for taking photos, signing on confidential pledge paper and offer letter, and making a tour around plant.

- Assist in preparing newsletter.

- Maintain and develop company profile on HR forum (as linkedIN; HRlink.vn; Careerbuilder.vn; Vietnamworks.vn...) to widen our sources of candidates.

- Arrange desk and computer for newcomer.

- Organizing event, travelling for employees are needed.
