* Responsibility:

- Launching strategic procurement including sourcing strategy, category management, supplier positioning, supplier selection and evaluation, quality management, and performance measurement, do market analysis to identify cost savings opportunities.
- Liaising with internal stakeholder demands, working with factory, R&D, sales and technical department to understand the requirements of different products/ samples/ projects/ MRO, then execute efficient sourcing activities.
* Supplier management:
- Establishing and maintaining strong partnerships with suppliers to increase performance, costs optimization, innovation proposal and risk mitigation.
- Segmenting the suppliers into different groups based on their characteristics and identifying strategies to manage relationships with suppliers accordingly.
- Annually existing supplier evaluations align with the company provision.
* Logistics and inventory management:
- Working with a logistics company/ shipping line ensures customs clearance/ declaration and booking for imports and exports quickly, monitoring transportation of materials, machineries, supplies to final destination.
- Lobbying forwarder/ logistics in booking containers, trucks, supporting customs procedures services with competitive prices.
- Controlling and managing the inventory levels and safety stock to ensure availability of stock raw and supplementary materials, supplies.
- Overseeing semi-finished products, finished products, plastic and steel scrap.
- Handling the near-expired, damage, errors according to the company policies.
