- Skilled in all aspects of chemical engineering including procedure of laboratory, process control, process computer simulation, development, equipment sizing and specification.

- Monitor performance and stability of new formula product, revised formula product and carry out action timely to prevent product quality fall-down or customer complaint.
- Ensuring manufacturing processes comply with all customer requirement.
- Implement pFMEA, MSA and SPC for key processes.
- Improvement current and new process, to meet higher production efficiency, requirement from customer and environment.
- Lead to manufacturing process/ product audit.
- Conduct and prepare document for QMS internal, ousite and visit of customer.
