- Contract with the line to solve problems.
- Send AN + INV+ Parking list to FWD.
- Submit SI + VGM on the system.
- Take a debit.
- Consulting and explaining information related to shipments to customers.
- Receive and coordinate with related parties to resolve complaints from customers.

- Handle Sea + Airn(FCLand LCL).
- Take care nominated+free-handed and take care import and export as below:
* Export:
- Check and update schedule the vessel and submit the booking on the system as a sample: CUL, PIL, SEALAND, ZIM,... or with Fwd.
- Follow and update the information about the notices delay, notice the rolls, and release shipment to the customer.
- Sumit booking and send booking to the customer.
- Submit SI + VGM on the system and issue HBL for customers.
- Working and contracting with the line to solve problems and support customer.
- Contact US customer to handle shipment from to US/ Canada.
- With LCL Log in to the Ewms system and create ebooking and then transfer to agents.
- Send pre-alert for agent, enter data on the software, make debit for customers.
* Import:
- Check and update follow the ATA for shipment.
- Submit manifest on the system.
- Issue AN + DO send customer.
- Consulting and explaining information related to shipments to customers.
- Arrange transportation.
- Make a debit note for a customer.
