* Payable accountant:
- Handle cash transactions with internal company and suppliers.
- Synthesis all expense in company, collect documents, classified by economic operations arise.
- Write detailed receipts receipt and payment voucher, write sale of invoice, detailed statement on the report as cash book, bank books, entry and asset tracking, materials, goods.
- Payment tracking of assets, accounts receivable and payable, track expenses and process expense reports, daily, monthly for manager.
- Prepare the payment schedule weekly.
- Follow time sheet for woker every month.
- Received and payment cash for customer.
- Stored document, voucher.
- Provide supporting documentation for audits and perform other accounting duties as requested.
