- Combine with production team in testing/ analysis and find out the root causes of defect issues.
- Advising for BOD about aluminum quality.

* QA assistant manager

- Manage quality system and quality control activities from incoming material to final product.
- Responsible in control quality of product (mechanical and chemical properties) based on ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, IATF 16949, 5 core tools (PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
- Lead ISO process and continuous improvement and quality assurance products.
- Combine with production team in resolve complaint and claim (Investigate and report based on 7 QC tool, 8D report, 4M1E...).
- Responsible in checking the improvement action effectiveness by patrol (performance, update in FMEA, control plan...).
- Responsible in control and improve process capability (Cpk) for all inspection items in steel cord plant.
- Member in internal audit and support to prepare for customer’s audit.
- Manage department’s machines and equipments (monitor calibration and periodical maintenance...).
- Training expert knowledge and compliance for staff, leader, operator, also working schedule...
- The other reports based on manager's requirements... (collect data base and analysis by statistical charts...).

* QC supervisor

- Manage quality system and quality control activities for casting, extrusion, painting products.
- Control and manage based on ISO 9001: 2008, ISO 14001, ASTM standard for aluminium and aluminium alloy.
- Control, assign and arrange the jobs for employees in QC department.
- Control the equipment in the laboratory with calibration and periodical maintenance.
- Combine with the production team to find out the cause and how to fix errors in the production process for continuous improvement to raise performance.
- Communicate and work with all levels of the organization to make plan for production, testing the most effectively.
- Join in resolving customer’s complaints about quality problems.
- Make and prepare the quality report for manager (weekly, monthly report...).
- Other responsibilities.
