- A new fermentation process helping my company to save production cost by VND 250 million a year. This amount of money was 60 times than my salary at that time, It apparently seems modest because the capacity of factory is humble, only 3 tons of yoghurt daily.

- A new packing process that reduces time and saves energy.

- A temporary solution for a malfunction of pumping system.
