- Prepare WI, WO, regulation and training for newcomers, team members to ensure that all operating procedures in warehouse follow ISO standard.

- Arrange, assign work to the team and monitor the work progress.

- Prepare plan to import raw material and export finish goods from logistic, planning team and order request from prodcution team.

- Arrange loading, unloading works and transport vehicles for goods (if any).

- Arrange reasonable locations according to storage conditions at the warehouse.

- Checking daily report, RM, FGs stock between SAP system and actual stock to ensure that reports are honest, on time and exactly.

- Check documents, system to supply materials according to production requirements to ensure following FIFO and no shutdown production due to late material supply.

- Check the delivery request form from logistic and planning team with warehouse stock data before exporting.

- Check the condition of finish goods according to ensure correct quantity, quality, product code, date, and type as requirement.

- Update all loading and unloading data to system and weekly report.

- Join and present daily, weekly, monthly report with operation team to improve production issue.

- To inventory and reconciliation of goods with accounting team at the end of every month.

- Arrange working schedule base on import and export schedule every week.

- Follow up and update QC, QA report (if any).

- Follow and improve GMP, 5S, HSE, Safety.

- Prepare and record the result of fumigation system (to fumigate damaged nuts).

- Supervise and encourage heads of production teams and every employee to observe the standards, regulations, procedures, measures for safety and regulations on labor protection.

- Find the issue and improve to get cost saving report in warehouse.

- Responsible for safety, food safety, GMP issues at warehouse.

- In charge of improvement project base on monthly theme.

- Follow up and update KPI and Object, action plan & result.

- Other tasks be assigned by WH and production manager.
