- Follow up stock checking and delivery time checking daily.
- Check quotation, issue and proceed PO based on DPO from customer, make draft contract.
- Create SO, PO on SAP software.
- Control the delivery and shipping schedule based on PO from distributors to make sure meet customer’s requirement.
- Handling and sending CO, CQ and other documents such as packing list, bill of lading, test report... to distributor if required.
- Manage and count target stock to place order from factories weekly.
- Manage price list, count gross margin (GM) to give the best offer for distributors.
- Prepare equipment and papers for demonstration at hospital.
- Prepare tender document in order to participate bidding when hospital organize.
- Make monthly report (monthly sales revenue) and other reports as: Hospital visit report, KPI report... and submit to sales & marketing manager.
- Track and control SFDC system which be used to update and manage sales daily activities of company.
- Translate documents such as: Catalogue, instruction manual, document related to workshop/ congress from English into Vietnamese and vice versa.
- Update and summarize KPI data weekly.
- Manage warehouse and control the in/ out quantity.
* Marketing task list:
- Make sponsorship agreement for workshop/ congress and follow documents.
- Request cost of all things need to prepare such as: Booth, catalogue, standee...
- Book air-ticket, hotel accommodation for sales manager and foreign partner when having workshop.
- Join marketing activities:
+ Understand the using requirement of hospital to make appropriate quotation.
+ Join medical equipment workshop/ congress in order to introduce and promote product to customers.
+ Organize and train product for hospital’s staff.

- Have individual and team work experience.
- With the sales team promote revenue.
- Obtain many contract.
