Interfood shareholding Company- Former Interfood Processing Industry Ltd was established on 16 Nov,1991,which company’s main activity was processing agricultural products, seafood to canned, dried, frozen, preserved, pickled products. In 1994, company’s business was expanded by penetrating into biscuit segment. In 2003, company was approved to produce carbonated fruit juice and fruit juice with low alcohol content, and then was approved to produce purified water and pet bottle in January 2005. On April 2004, Interfood signed a processing agreement with AVA food Industries Ltd to mitigate its production, space and logistic constraints at its Bien Hoa factory whereby AVA provides the production facilities and Interfood provides the technology and machineries. Employee of Interfood shareholding Company come form with more than 6 different cultural backgrounds and 13 different languages. Our diverse co-workers contribute knowledge from different cultures and an in-depth understanding not easily learned from books. This gives a competitive edge in marketing our products internationally. Up to now, Interfood shareholding Company has completed the HACCP certification to meet customer requirement and offers a range of more than 200 kinds of biscuits, canned drinks, canned food and bottled drinks to local and overseas market. Interfood shareholding Company is also one the 6 first companies applying for conversion and receiving approval from Ministry of Plan and Investment in Viet Nam. The operation of the company has not only contributed to the development of the food-processing of Vietnam but also increased the export of processed food and helped to solve the unemployment of the society.
