- WEC Engineers & Constructors Pte Ltd (WEC), formerly known as Wah-Chang Engineering Corporation, was incorporated as a civil and infrastructure construction company in 1972 in Singapore. - We are principally a specialist provider of EPCC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning) services for infrastructure projects for the transmission and storage of commodities, such as oil, gas, water. Our services encompass the full spectrum of engineering works from engineering design, sourcing and procurement, construction, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning. We also possess the expertise to phase and integrate new systems with existing facilities such that existing operations are not disrupted whilst works are being carried out. In addition, we provide maintenance services to our customers for their existing infrastructure facilities. - Since 1997, we have secured projects in Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Vietnam and PRC. Our customers include government bodies, public utilities companies, airport service providers, and international engineering and construction contractors. - Through dedicated commitment and continuous improvement, WEC has achieved the ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 certifications.
