* Sr MEP manager

- Manage the project management and construction supervision team.
- Lead in the development of high-performance teams through supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring. Ensure regular feedback is shared with staff including timely completion of employee performance appraisals.
- Understand, mange and administer all aspects of project.
- Provide leadership to positively influence change.
- Ensure to achieve the target as defined in the project management plan (PMP) and in compliance to Client and project requirements.
- Establish, update, and communicate the master project schedule and manage its implementation.
- Manage budget and financial reporting, interpret and analyze reports to ensure adherence to project budget.
- Manage the quality assurance/ quality control (QA/QC) program.
- Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, fee and pricing decisions.
- Demonstrate high standard of personal; accountability and integrity. Mentor staff to the same high standards.
- Manage and oversee field operation and engineering processes and procedures.
- Drive enforcement of safety protocols by the project staff.
- Work with Finance to initiate the payment application process and follow up to ensure payment is received in a timely manner.
- Lead the project team to make sure construction activities are complied with specs, approved drawings, approved works method statement, approved materials, and authority requirements.
- Keep management informed on progress for project and budget through regularly scheduled operations review meetings.
- Support and drive utilization of various turner initiatives. Promote and utilize emerging technologies and innovations to support tuner sustainable competitive advantages.
- Responsible for safety, quality, integrity of the works.
- Perform safety site walks.
- Diagram of organizational structure of construction activities, detailed task assignment, optimal staffing at the construction site.
- Managing internal construction site resources (finance, human resources, equipment and supplies...).
- Planning strategies/ goals, developing development plans for the project management department at the site.
- Develop processes and regulations in the organization, management and control of projects implemented by EPC contractors in all aspects of progress, quality, volume, resources, safety, etc. in construction process and construction completion.
- Coordinate with design departments ARD/ C&S/ MEP to give the most economical measure for cost saving company.
- Relations with local authorities, contractors, partners for support and assistance during the construction implementation.
