* Production assistant manager (Production executive):
- Manage packing department with 9 filling lines and 6 supervisors and over 150 labors (including operator, leaders, workers, support assistant).
- Ensure employee comply with regulation of company about safety, food safety, quality standards, HACCP, GMP, BRC, ISO 14001, Halal Kosher, Hygiene awareness...
- Send daily, weekly, monthly operational metric reports to HODs, factory manager, branch manager, senior manager... And conduct analysis to do
immediate and proper action to control Yield Loss (RM, PM), Labor, Energy... when they go out of standards.
- Control all packing performance: Yield loss (RM, PM loss), packing labor productivity, downtime (planned and unplanned), OEE... and conduct improvement activities and projects, which help to achieve those targets above.
- Lead and conduct projects ,which help to save labors, cost, energy for company.
- Implement problem solving tools: CAPA, Fishbone, 5 Why, DMAIC, 5W1H... to handle quality issue, which impact to KPI; RFT, Food safety complaints, customer complaints...
* Operational excellence (OPEX):
- Continuously strive to achieve manufacturing operational excellence by deeply understanding customer/ consumers needs.
- Implement pperational reviews to all departments in factory: SHO, DOR, WOR to manage well all KPI, PPI, API and make a really good thing happen that we need to measure and take action on red measures, which make sure that team can deliver results and achieve the target.
- Lead VSA workshop for data collection and data analysis to let big team (HSE, QC, planning, engineering, production...) find opportunities in order to minimize the losses based on improvement tools: Lean, SMED, DMAIC, Basic problem solving, Value stream analysis...
- Help team to improve efficiency of our assets, the quality of our products, customer satisfaction so to improve our margin and financial parameter.
- Create operational excellence mindset for team to ensure sustainable growth of business.
- Implement 5S program, Stable phase in OPEX program...
- Lead project to reduce planned downtime of pillow line from 25% to 21%.

- Manage 10 production lines from processing to filling, packing and over 75 subordinates per shift with the support of 1 Clerk (Maggi bouillon and Soya sauce area).

- CIP/COP coordinator: Manage CIP system, CIP cleaning procedure, make sure that all quality indicator after CIP are in spec( PH concentration, residue...).
- NCCS (Net Content Control System) Coordinator: collect data to carry out General Test, Instant Test, SD tare, Nominal tare yearly, create machine card
for all kinds of products including Soya sauce, Oyster. Cooperating with relevant department to run promotion program, trial operation, increasing speed project...
- Sensory coordinator: implement and build system and procedure for sensory evaluation activities of semi-finished goods and finished goods in order to
give inputs for trial new products and detect any issues related to production parameters and process.
- Fix asset coordinator: control system, physical condition, depreciation for asset of department.
- Implement NC-CAR (Non-conformity, corrective action report) for quality issues.
* Nestle:
- Lead Bouillon process team, Wolf 2,3 to implementing TPM – AM activities, which helps to increase reliability of machine, increase capacity, increase autonomous of operators. After 2 years working together, saving more than 500 million VND through improvement projects, over 300 suggestions, eliminate 100% defect.
- Lead 1 SMED project to reduce 35% product change size time of Wolf 3 – filling machine.
- Lead 1 Inspection Route activities to reduce 40% time and distance of inspecting standards of line Wolf 2,3.
- Lead 1 Saving project of Bouillon process which helps to save 200 million VNĐ per year. Member of 1 “Standardized work” project to reduce 2 third parties labors which helps to save 180 million per year for packsize 200 ml dipping.
- Member of 1 Project “Process release” to reduce stock cover and make batches available for distribution and customers without any waiting time for release decision.
