Kinh nghiệm làm việc

* Jun 2014 – April 2016: An Lac Footwear Joint Stock Company - Developer, merchandiser, International sales.

- Experience in Vulcanized and Cemented shoes of many famous brand such as Next, Andrea, Djinn’s, Lee, G-Foot, Zara, Pepe Jeans, Hush Puppies,…

- Communicating and handling all kinds of development for new seasons, projects, requirements to factories and all concerned parties.

- Coordinating daily operational activities to discuss new products, develop samples, track and review all the process of fittings and pre-production samples, purchasing, printing, embroidery, subcontracting for stitching and lasting.

- Following up and monitoring mass production process to adapt the capacity, stock level, quality, requirements, logistics to arrange schedules with the factory and shipment reasonably.

- Negotiating with customers, suppliers about purchasing and selling FOB price, discount/ rebates, shipment, payment terms, leadtime of delivery to control and analyze the net prices, cost savings and profits as well for the company.

- Solving problems during pre-production and mass production process to have the prompt solutions and avoid damage, extra expenses, lack of materials,… as much as possible.

- Suggesting new improvement and proposals for each process to have a better quality and controlling, faster working to increase the profits and decrease some unexpected expenses and delay.

- Recording document of selling, costing, quantity,… for each customers to propose a better orientation and strategies for extending factory’s capacity and customers’ requirement.

* April 2016 – April 2018: Vinh Tuong Industrial Corporation – Saint Gobain Vietnam - Purchaser, construction.

- Purchaser:

+ Receiving the PRs from all departments and purchasing them with various categories such as Imported Products, Domestic Raw Materials, General Purchases, Logistics,…

+ Negotiating with the suppliers the best prices and Costing NET prices (mainly in Imported Products), then inform to involved departments so that they can work effectively based on their budget and have prompt decisions for some important projects.

+ Arranging logistics for Imported Products, Domestic Raw Materials,… to adapt requests and minimize the unexpected extra costs.

+ Sourcing not only raw materials and commercial products but also general purchases to reduce as much purchasing costs as possible and have various suppliers for back-up and comparison.

+ Developing strategic suppliers for better prices, services, payment terms, stock levels,…

+ Following up the purchasing quantity of some particular products to achieve as higher levels of Rebates as possible.

+ Solving the complaints and urgent demands from departments (especially from factory) to avoid lack of products / materials for production.

- Key users for ERP system and ICRF while integrating into Saint Gobain Vietnam:

+ During the period of integrating into Saint Gobain Vietnam, Following up and Working the projects about ERP system and ICRF of Purchasing Departments mainly.

+ Training and Supporting involved teams / departments for further understanding and well-working to adapt Saint Gobain Group’s requirements and process correctly.

* May 2018 – June 2019: IBS Joint Stock Corporation - Purchaser, International sales, construction

- Receiving the requests from all departments and purchasing them with various categories such as Imported Products, Domestic Raw Materials, Spare parts, Machines, General Purchases, Logistics, Project Materials,….

- Negotiating with the suppliers the best prices and Costing NET prices (mainly in Imported Products), then inform to involved departments so that they can work effectively based on their budget and have prompt decisions for some important projects.

- Arranging logistics for Imported Products, Domestic Raw Materials,… to adapt requests from departments and minimize the unexpected extra costs.

- Sourcing raw materials, spare parts, machines, stones in domestic and foreign to have a wide range of suppliers for back-up and comparison. Moreover, it can reduce the purchasing cost and increase the profit for the company.

- Developing strategic suppliers for better prices, services, payment terms, stock levels,…

- Solving the complaints and urgent demands from departments (especially from factory) to avoid lack of products / materials for production.

- Going on business trip in India, Angola for searching new suppliers and products in stone business.

- Communicate with foreign customers in Korea, Japan, America to offer the current stones and adapt customers’ requested ones.

- Following up and monitoring mass production process to adapt the capacity, stock level, quality, requirements, logistics to arrange schedules with the factory and shipment reasonably.

- Negotiating with customers about FOB price, discount/ rebates, shipment, payment terms, leadtime of delivery to control and analyze the net prices, cost savings and profits as well for the company.
