- My long term goals are to become a productive and knowledgeable engineer with the goal of becoming a leader and mentor in the industry.

- My short term goals are to keep learning and growing as a young engineer, I look forward to learning from my experiences as well as from the senior engineer, while consistently producing and providing a high quality of work.

* May 2016 - Recent: Binh Thanh Imp - Exp. Production and Trade Joint Stock Company HCM City, Vietnam - R&D Engineer.

- My responsibilities included to:

+ Design and develop the product, service or process.

+ Set up the tests and to validate and streamline processes.

+ Continuously improve the product, service or process.

+ Use CAD software, SolidWorks, to design components and tools. In order to do this I worked closely with the fabrication department.

+ R&D for new product ideas.

+ Write and review technical specifications.

+ Provide presentations, reports and schedules as required to manage projects and to communicate statuses, risks and issues.

+ Work directly with 3rd party design engineering parties.

+ Strive for results, creative problem solving, effective teamwork and communication.

+ Work closely with supplier to ensure correct material is used and sourced.

* Jun 2014 - Jan 2016: Mẫn Đạt CO., LTD HCM City, Vietnam - Mechanical & construction company - Mechanical Engineer

- My responsibilities included to:

+ Use CAD to design and produce working drawings for components when required.

+ Weld with consistent quality and to use safe work practices by understanding and following safe work practices.

+ Introduce products and answer customer’s requests.

+ Distribute task to the team.
