Mục tiêu nghề nghiệp

- Seeking a position in which I can utilize my skills, experience and especially soft skills accumulated through over 07 years of experiences working for several FDI companies and factories in field of manufacturing (such as Adidas, Nike, MK/CK, garments, shoes,...) with a good understanding of requirements on OHS system, the labor policies and related its legal requirements.

Kinh nghiệm làm việc

* Properwell Vietnam Co., Ltd - (From Mar 2017 to Mar 2022).

- Position: Head of General Affairs (General Administration) (Jan 2020 - Mar 2022).

- Report: Directly to Company Management. (Headcount: ~70 employees).

- Managing and operating the works of the teams: Administration, maintenance of facilities, security system, IT, health-safety and environment (HSE) in the factory. Specify as followings:

+ Developing the annual work-plan and control implementation.

+ Estimating the annual operation budget, controlling the budget.

+ Managing and making employee’s performance evaluation periodically.

+ Developing human resources: Classifying candidates and participating in interviews, monitoring and evaluating probation, make professional training to staffs.

+ Organize the meetings to review and report on work results periodically.

+ Building working procedures, training and guiding works in the department.

+ Handling legal and operational documents and procedures of the company: Environmental permits, fire protection, inspection reports, radiation permit...

+ Welcoming and working with inspection teams, inspectors from state agencies at the company and reporting the work results to the Board of Directors.

+ Planning for arising projects of the department and controlling consumable costs during implementation.

+ Periodically report and update the work results of the department to company management.

+ Implement and operating the emergency response activities in company (typhoon, fire, covid-19, urgent inspection...).

+ In-charge and participate in activities of compliance audit/ inspection on Social Responsibility (Labor benefits & policies, CoC, OHS), Security system (C-TPAT/SCAN) from Customers.

+ Participating in other projects from the company to improve policies and procedures for labor benefits, overall operation procedures, set up KPI, saving costs.

+ Main in-charge for running Higg FEM & FSLM program.

+ In addition, in charge of the title of President of the Trade Union (12 months), responsible for handling issues related to labor rights and organizing related labor events, charity program, participate in handling the labor strike.

+ Representative for company to attend the exchange-activities or diplomatic to government offices or external parties.

* Position: Admin Staff to Admin Team Leader (Sep 2018 - Dec 2019).

- Report: Directly to Company Management. (Headcount: ~50 employees).

- Managing and operating the works of administration team: Driver/ cars, security, cleaner/ hygiene, canteen, dorm, landscape, other (document control, events, receptionist):

+ Making the annual work plan and control implementation.

+ Estimating the annual operation budget and control the budget.

+ Perform the work of administration, do reviewing and report periodically.

+ Making employee’s performance evaluation periodically.

+ Building, maintaining or improving the work processes of the administration department.

+ Control the company’s assets: Make a list, organize periodic inventory and report. Recommend disposal, purchase, and maintain equipment and assets.

+ Carry out the legal procedures related to visa, passport, work permits for foreigners.

+ Controlling the operation cost: Purchase requisition, payment proposal related to administrative activities.

+ Organizing company events and programs (planning, budgeting, reporting, implementation and settlement).

+ Supervise and handling works related to: Cleaning, landscaping, accommodation, travel, flight/ hotel booking.

+ Implementing the projects of improvement of working process relating to administration.

- Implementing and supervising the administration jobs:

+ Vehicle and driver management: Control, arranging the company vehicles. Evaluate and check driver performance periodically. Controlling the expenses of fuel and periodic maintenance.

+ Management of housekeeping and cleaning team: Checking the hygiene quality and maintaining the sanitary situation throughout the factory. Controlling the expenses of cleaning (Tools, detergents, sanitary equipment,...).

+ Canteen control: Portion control and meal quality evaluation. Making monthly payment of expenses. Controlling assets and making periodic inventory.

+ Security management: Controlling the internal & service security team. Building up the security plan, checking the implementation of security controlling. Building up the security procedures, works instruction and training for security team. Carry out the periodic security assessment and report security risks to Company for improvement. Admin warehouse management: Order monthly assets, tools and collecting periodically inventory data.

+ Asset control: Make a list of assets and inventory, periodical reports to company.

+ Internal document control: Building, applying and improving the internal document control procedures. Participate in the organization of company events. Other administrative works and supports (workshops patrolling, audits, inspection...).

* Position: HSE staff to HSE Supervisor (Mar 2017 - Aug 2018).

- Report: Directly to Company Management. (Headcount: 7 employees).

- Manage and perform HSE-related tasks, specify as followings:

+ Make annual work-plan and follow up implementation.

+ Planning annual training.

+ Carrying out annual assessment and issuance of labor protection.

+ Summarize and estimate annual operating budget.

+ Evaluate employee performance periodically.

+ Develop policies and procedures related to OSH and social compliance.

+ Conduct risk assessment and take preventive measures throughout the company.

+ In-charge to organize the preparation, welcoming and working with the state agency or customers for legal compliance audit.

- Monitoring and checking for Safety issues:

+ Contractor safety/ Chemical safety/ Fire-fighting and safety/ Emergency response.

+ Manage equipment with strict requirements on OSH.

+ Investigate and report occupational accidents.

+ Report to state agencies on OSH-related report as required by law.

+ Implementing the OSH training.

- Health management:

+ Medical examination and treatment activities & Legal of medical room, medical staff.

+ Plan and organize periodic health check and occupational health check.

+ Make annual medical reports to state agency.

- Managing compliance with regulations on environmental protection laws:

+ Check operation and treatment efficiency of wastewater treatment system.

+ Proposing and monitoring periodic environmental monitoring.

+ Organizing the measurement of internal working environment.

+ Report environmental protection activities periodically to state agencies.

- Waste management:

+ Collection of waste data and periodical reports.

+ Analyze data, report arising problems and propose solutions.

* Fashion Garments Co., Ltd - (From Aug 2016 to Jan 2017).

- Position: Compliance Specialist - HR Department.

- Report: Directly to Team Leader.

- Checking, following up and supporting manufacturing plants on Safety - Health - Environment and Labor policies (04 factories, scale of about 5000 people).

- Preparing and working with customers for audit and inspection on Safety - Health - Environment issues and comply with Labor Policy.

- Conduct compliance audits (OHS, Labor policies/ benefits & compensation, security) at more than 20 subcontractors.

* Sport Gears Co., Ltd - (From Dec 2014 to Jul 2016).

- Position: HSE Senior Staff - SEA Department.

- Report: Directly to SEA manager.

- HSE Management System:

+ Assist in the development of the annual occupational safety and health plan.

+ Participating in audits: ISO/OHSAS audit, Adidas customer review (Adidas factory cross-audit, C-KPI assessment, T2 audit, internal factory audit).

+ Develop Policy related to compliance: Allowance, Energy saving...

- Safety controlling:

+ Fire Safety management.

+ Develop a Fire Protection Plan/Fire Prevention Management Dossier/escape diagram system.

+ Prepare and organize internal evacuation drills.

+ Organize internal inspection of fire protection equipment and fire safety.

+ Chemical safety management.

+ Check and update the chemical safety management system in the company (MSDS/CSDS).

+ Conduct chemical spill response drills.

+ Machine safety.

+ Inspect equipment with strict requirements on occupational safety (elevators, forklifts, air compressors,...).

+ Assess risks and distribute protective equipment to workers.

- Environment protection:

+ Control and maintain environmental permits.

+ Periodic environmental protection reports to state agencies.

+ Control of legal records related to Garbage collection and transportation (industrial and hazardous).

- Health management:

+ Organize annual measurement of working environment & periodical internal measurement of labor environment.

+ Participate in the annual health check.

- Management system:

+ Building ISO 50001 system - Energy management and saving.

+ Support ISO 14064 system setting.

+ Support for ISO audits in the company (ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001).

- Internal training:

+ Developing an annual HSE training plan.

+ Conduct annual environmental health and safety training.

- Graduated at Major of Environmental Technology, Ho Chi Minh University of Technology and Education in October, 2014 with Good Degree.
