- Position: Loan customer service.
- Responsible for Loan Documents after loans are approved.
- Compose the contracts and other necessary documents.
- Create loan accounts with full of information.
- Follow loans to make sure conditions of the approved letters are finished or not.
- Take care of the credit customer, for example:
+ Remind customers of the payment.
+ Explain customer’s wonders of their loans...
- Closely connect to other related departments.
- Direct report to supervisor/ manager.
- Position: Supervisor.
- Responsible for supervising the work of employees: Loan customer service, customer service, teller.
- Guarantee the documents, transactions are right and approve them.
- Guarantee customer services are good.
- Persuading customers to use the banking services.
- Take care of customers, for example: explain customer’s wonders (staff can’t make the customers feel satisfied); help customers to solve their problems/ complains that are involved in the banking services.
- Closely connect to other related departments.
- Direct report to manager.
- Achievement:
+ The bank quality standards and the bank customer services are controlled well.
+ Achieve the assigned targets. Planning orders are done effectively and get best.
+ There are many customers come to our bank for getting loans, open saving and checking accounts, transfer money or using other services.
