Mô tả về công việc
- Find out information and needs of customers via phone or online channels.
- Consulting, negotiating, persuading customers about using the company’s services.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and potential customers.
- Customer information management and constantly updated on the database system.
- Collaborate deeply with other team leader & consultant to closely monitor the recruitment progress of customers.
- Customer care during and after using the service.
- Participate in other activities of the room in case of assignment and maneuver of direct management.
Yêu cầu công việc
- University degree in Economics, Foreign Trade or related subjects.
- Good-looking appearance, inspirational voice.
- Good at English.
- Listen well to learn & develop yourself.
- Good attitude & morality.
- Passionate about the business to reap the results.
Thông tin khác
+ Customer service: 6.000.000 - 8.000.000 đồng/ tháng.
+ Sales officer: 8.000.000 - 12.000.000 đồng/ tháng.
+ Senior sales oOfficer: 12.000.000 - 20.000.000 đồng/ tháng.
- Work location: District 9, HCM.
- Report: BD Supervisor & CEO.
- Working time: Monday - Friday.
* Benefits:
- Salary: $500 - $1000 + commissions, total monthly income from $1000 - $2000.
