- Working location: HCMC.
- Reporting to: CEO.
- Leading and developing a sizeable sales team on FMCG field and meet the company’s target.
- Responsible for overall sales performance & activities across different sales channels (MT, GT and KA).
- Foster strong business relationships internally & externally, as well as promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors.
- Analysis market trends & opportunities.
- Establish and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures for sales team.
- Manage & motivate the team, as well as plans, strategies or promotion campaigns whenever company need to launch initiatives or new products.
- Supervise the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotion programs.
- Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or relate filed is required.
- Male, Age between 47 - 53 years old, more or less.
- Strong background in Modern Trade, General Trade & Key Account Channels is one plus.
- At least 7 years of experience in the same position in one of the biggest FMCG companies.
- Have strong sense of responsibility and good leadership and able to operate within a team environment, dynamic attitude and capability in multi-tasking.
- Good presentation skills; excellent written communication abilities will be appreciated.
