- Manage city P/L and prepare financial planing to ensure cashflow for operations department.

- Coordinate with business development department to prepare monthly recruitment plan.

- Coordinate with marketing team to recruit personals on online/ offline channels.

- Manage growth team. Improve operations process, recruitment/ training.

- Manage policy team to implement policies to ensure personels productivity and retention.

- Manage quality - risk management team, key account team, call center - customer support team.

- Coordinate with tech to improve product/ feature on app.

- Implement special projects or expansion plans on new cities/ services.

- Understand how ecommerce operates in Vietnam, SEA, and other markets.

- Basic knowledge about technology, delivery, logistics service in Vietnam: Characteristics, competition.

- Six sigma, kaizen, lean opeartions is a plus.

- Management consulting, engineering, audit, supply chain/ operations management, ecommerce background.

- Data analysis. SQL experience is a plus.

- Good excel skill.

- Leadership/ people management skill.

- Business planning skill (volume/ revenue forecast, fact and data analysis, research and collecting market information...).

- Possessing customer-centric mindset.
