- To proactively take ownership of company accounts and ensure their accuracy. - Analyse accounting data to make strategic recommendations to general director. - Provide clear profit statements and forecasts. - Group accounts consolidation monthly. - Advise on cost control strategies. - Advise on inventory systems and their accounting impact. - Manage cash flow and debtor control. - Manage tax and compliance to get optimum performance for the companies. - Proactively assist colleagues to be more aware of financial matters. - Provide ad hoc accounting analysis and feasibility accounts for potential new business ventures. - Audit cash books, expenses and purchasing as required. - Liaise with international and local customers and suppliers of the various companies. - VAT accounting. - Draft, update and maintain commercial and legal contracts of the businesses. - Adjusting company licenses as needed. - Điều chỉnh giấy phép công ty khi cần thiết. - Managing company bank accounts and petty cash/ expenses. - Assisting with personal finances and income tax returns of company owner.

- Degree or professional qualification in accounting. - Vietnam chief accountant certificate. - Experience of international accounting practices. - Experience of Vietnam tax and compliance. - Knowledge of management accounting and excellent analytical skills. - Fluent in English. - Proactive and responsible. - Trustworthy and ability to keep confidentiality.
