* Check-in: - To greet customers (by name if possible). - To announce customers about the golf course condition if we have maintenance schedule. - To collect bag tag from golfers with clubs. For golfers with rental club, issue rental Bag Tag to golfer and inform Valet to take the golf club in Pro-shop for rent. - To ask golfer about tee-time booked, to note the starting course on Bag Tag (“M” mean Mare Course; “L” mean Luna Course), attached the Bag Tag to Daily Number and write down Daily number and guest category on the check-in sheet. - To explain to golfers that Daily Number is the Locker Number. * Check-out: - Collect the Daily Number and Bag Tag from golfer. - Print out Master Invoice (Statement), otherwise, ask golfer to wait and call Caddie Officer to prioritize to input for round (how many holes which golfer play into the system). - Give yellow copy of Master Invoice to golfer. - Collect amount from golfer or have the member sign on the Master Invoice as account receivable or when they paid by credit card. - Stamp “PAID” on Bag Tag. - Issue Official Invoice for golfer if requested. - Thank the golfer for patronage and return Bag Tag to golfer.
